Mediation is a way of resolving disputes between two parties.

A third party member is involved in order to structure the meetings, and to help the parties come to a final decision based on the facts given through the discussions.



Experience and Services

 

Mr. Marrs has served as an Adjunct Settlement for the US District Court of Northern Oklahoma for over 25 years.  He also acts as a mediator in private litigation and is an advocate of alternative dispute resolution. 

 

Mr. Marrs is also a mediator with Resolution Mediation and Abitration Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
